1. Membership Eligibility Membership in CONNECT-IT is open to IT companies and organizations operating in Tunisia. Applicants must:

Be legally registered businesses in Tunisia Operate within the IT or technology sector Commit to upholding professional and ethical standards Pay the required annual membership fees 2. Membership Fees Annual membership fees are determined by the CONNECT-IT board and communicated to members. Fees are due upon application approval and annually thereafter. Payment must be confirmed through bank transfer documentation. Membership may be suspended for non-payment.

3. Member Responsibilities As a member of CONNECT-IT, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date company information Adhere to the association's code of conduct Respect other members and maintain professional relationships Participate constructively in association activities Pay membership fees on time Not misrepresent your association with CONNECT-IT 4. Member Benefits CONNECT-IT members receive:

Listing in the public member directory Access to networking events and professional development opportunities Participation in industry advocacy initiatives Collaboration opportunities with other members Updates on IT sector developments and opportunities 5. Code of Conduct Members are expected to:

Maintain high professional and ethical standards Respect intellectual property rights Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment Avoid conflicts of interest that could harm the association Comply with applicable laws and regulations 6. Termination Membership may be terminated by either party with written notice. CONNECT-IT reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct detrimental to the association. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships. 7. Limitation of Liability CONNECT-IT is not liable for business relationships, transactions, or disputes between members. We provide networking opportunities but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or endorse individual member companies.

8. Changes to Terms CONNECT-IT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
